Create a Steemit comment bot that suggest link to my website - READ BEFORE BID

I need a steemit comment bot that will:

Scan my website Custom Post Type %Title%

Scan any Topic of my choice

Look for My CPT %Title% on Steemit

Comment on the steemit post that matches

The bot should:

Only comment once on each matching steemit post.

Scan my CPT for new post everyday.

Have multiple pre made comment including the link (Comment randomly on each steemit matching post)

Expected behavior:

When there is a new post in my CPT on my website, the bot will scan steemit for matching post.

Then the bot will comment on that steemit post one of the pre made comment that include a link back to the post on my website.

There is many related post bot for steemit. You can use one of those or a plagiarism bot and change it so it match what I am looking for.
