J2ME and JSR82 Development Project

We require an experienced low-level J2ME, MIDP and Serial comms with GSM (to AT command level) programmer or company to develop a custom solution involving the use of these to monitor comms ports, dump data into a buffer and challenge this data against a table or database with rules.
Your experience with Java (J2me and JSR-82), AT commands on various Mobile phone platforms including access tools for Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola and Wavecom are imperative. Any experience in OTA or sync of data is a compliment also.
The project is confidential and an NDA acknowledging that none of what will be used will be replicated for any other project for a set period is a pre-requisite.
This is a small project, though we have a number of other small projects we will post and / or work with the right team or developer.

This is a highly technical low-level project, though very straight-forward for the right developer.
We don't mind working with off-shore companies, however our last experiences were costly when the team merged with another company, so you need to be prepared to give certain asssurances or milestone driven payments.
