Hi, I am in need of launch some websites concepts and try to find one or multiple partners. STATE if want to do Design, coding or both + which Project and what part of it. The winners will be judge on price BUT - For designer we want a sketch/suggestion on how he/she will solve the projects you try win bid for. - For developers we want to see reference to related projects done by you + info about your organisation + skecth on how you will design this system in writting) Project A) Citysite (Design/CSS and/or coding) City-site concept which we have structure in a powerpoint so mainly need help to create the HTML/Css.
