I need help finishing off the final touches on my portfolio site.

The following tasks that need to be completed are:
white border should go all the way down to the bottom of the page and connect to the top on all pages
experiments navigation should not go anywhere when you click (right now it takes you to the home page)
add achievements & friends image hover similar to this - [url removed, login to view]
install the tumblr api that I have created and implemented here [url removed, login to view] under the "play" tab (I will give you access to the scripts)
