I need this site cloning.

It will need to have a different colour scheme, text and images.
I will provide different text and images once the site is cloned.
Site must be w3c and optimised for search engine ranking.
You are to get the site set up in a different colour scheme and header and implement the new text and images I will send to you and make some changes to the menu titles. So that the site does not look like a direct clone.
It makes no difference to me if you are cloning this into a CMS like joomla as long as you let me know in your bid what you are doing.
