OpenERP POS Customization

I want an experienced OpenERP developer who has an extensive working knowledge in the POS module. My specific requirements are:

Technical requirements:

1- Ability to assign a cart to a customer account right from the POS. This feature would allow some customer to pay and settle their accounts later. Example is here: [login to view URL]

2-Display customer balance & details from the POS interface.

3- Ability to use keyboard shortcuts for typical POS functions (examples: change quantity with + or remove an item with - , validate and pay with F5, ...etc)

4- Display a large image of the product when you scan the barcode

5- Support of secondary monitor which would display the product image, price & quantity, current cart total, final total, discount, and adds space!

6- Ability to view a product details right from the POS, such as quantity on hand, shelf location,

7- Reversed transaction: This feature allows POS operator to enter a product with a negative value to return it from the POS. This is to allow handling a quick return right from the POS interface with the need of receipt. The returns have to be marked as an order with a negative sign. The implantation has to take into consideration the change in stock, inventory, account, balance, session closing… etc.

Non-technical requirements:

- All code changes have to be recorded in a well written documentation.

- Video demonstration of each feature of the above features.

- All above requirements have to be controllable from the POS configuration page and need to follow the same security/access controls offered by OpenERP.
