Simple website optimisation for IE ver 7+

We have an existing website which has been optimised for Chrome, Safari and Firefox, but is not displaying correctly in IE. We require the 5 pages and associated CSS files to be modified to include IE optimisation down to and including IE version 7. Mostly there are minor display-formatting issues.
No website redesign is necessary, we just want the look and functionality of the website as it is currently in Safari and Firefox to be replicated in IE as well.

The only complicated part of the website is on Page 3 - Subjects, which uses javascript for the interactive tabs. These currently work well in other browsers but the user experience in IE is laboured. As long as functionality and design is maintained, you have freedom to recode as necessary.
