Dzień dobry Thanks for this interesting project. It is very challenging but familiar project. I would be honored to help friendly Poland. Here is my proposal. Client application will generate one time 256 bit key. After that it will adjust file for supplied XSD Schema. Then it will calculate SHA-256 for each file, then compress with tar and BZip2 and divide files by 60 MB. After that files will be encrypted with supplied cryptography. Also we will sign metadata according XAdES BES algorithms. All functions will be working and all exceptions and bad requests will be handled. A main language of program will be either C++ or C# or Python. It is up to you but I recommend C++ for working with encryption also it is cross-platform and performance effective. Estimated time is 25 working hours. Libraries needed: Tar, Cryptography (you mentioned supplied cryptography algorithm. otherwise there are some trusted libraries to use) and XAdES-BES As for me, I am a veteran software developer working with multiple government organizations in Georgia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan etc with over 10 years experience in C#, C++ and Python programming.
