Windows Registry Cleaner Software

Hey everybody,

I would like a registry cleaner application compatible with All Windows platforms.

Which means Win XP, Win Vista, Win 7. All the OS must be 32bit and 64bit.

1. scans the registry for missing links

2. group by category

3. deletes them without doing PC damage.

1. The scanner part should have the same scanning areas:

a. COM/ActiveX Entries

b. Uninstall Entries

c. Font Entries

d. Shared DLLs

f. Application DLLs

g. Help Files Information

h. Windows startup items

i. File/Path References

j. Program Shortcuts

k. Empty Registry Keys

l. File Associations

2. The scanner should provide the same findings as Total System care

3. After deleting the links, Total System care will not find anything to fix

The GUI should look like Total System care, however it should be flexible to our changes and requests.

Would like it to do a free scan when it is an unregistered. And only repair when it is paid for and registered.

Would like it to have server side licensing, stored in Database. If user refunds software, I need the power to disable there software. I.e. sofware checks if license is good via internet.

Must also have PHP script that will generate the key upon order of the software, and will store key, and email, and first / last name, and order #.
