Update website

Website is built on a bespoke webapp, there is no CMS. It is a set of Java projects using Maven for doing the build. There is a MySQL RDS DB which is used for storing the data. In particular these components are used: - JQuery: AJAX calls to the backend, file upload handling, controls, etc. - Nginx: frontend proxy to the Java backend - CXF/Netty: Java web/REST services provide all of the backend transactions. The server is very simple and is based on JAX-RS annotations to serve all content (whether page content or through REST services). This is completely bespoke and undocumented. - Freemarker: Templates which are served as pages by the Java backend Additionally there is a Vagrant build for development that allows you to deploy and work with the backend services.
