automatic load windows 10 users

Hello, I have read your project description and I am interested in doing it. I am a freelance software developer with four years experience. I majorly deal with implementing algorithms, making short modules/ scripts, troubleshooting and testing. I possess the following skills, Programming skills(c/c++, c#, java, python), data structures, problem solving skills and software architecture. The reason I wanted to do this project is because I have faced a similar problem before, some accounts don't show up, you must remember the usernames in order to load them and make them visible when you use WIN + L. I still need more information about the problem you are facing, do you want to want to run all users at the same time or load the accounts and make them ready so that less time is taken in switching to another account?
