Adjust jasper report stacked bar chart

we have created a stacked barchart using ireport/jasper report. But it needs some adjustments.

-colors are not correct, at this moment red is always shown, but it must only be used for negative labels (yellow for neutral and green for positive labels, see below)

-we need percentage as label in the graph in stead of number

-font size of label in bar is to big

-the questions are alphabetical sorted, but it should be sorted according to the list in [url removed, login to view] (subreport parameter)

-to much whitespace around the bar (we can adjust the space at the right by setting a good max axis value)

'helemaal mee oneens' and 'mee oneens' should become red

'neutraal' should become green

'mee eens' and 'helemaal mee eens' should become green
