ERP source code

I need complete source of an ERP in Java or .NET (it should be web based one) to customize it for one of my client. this should have job costing/job profitability. multi-currency , multi-department, segment P & L, batch-wise posting,Provision should be there to post a journal entry allocating the debit or credit account to various cost centers/departments or projects , reversing transactions,maintain credit limit for customer based on amount and days,GL revenue accounts shall be selected and there should be provision to enter detailed description for the line items (copy paste of description should be there). proper invoicing, debit note and credit note, vendor ageing,Year end process which closes the current year books and carry forward the balance sheet account balances to the subsequent year as opening balance. Accumulated profit/loss of the P&L accounts are transferred to the retained earnings account. proper Year - end closing, proper purchase procedures. etc. >>> I don't mind dealing with individuals >>> please note those who are interested should be in a position to give me a demo of what you have.
