Need help with saving / edition of multiple files - OneupUploaderBundle DropzoneJS Doctrine2 Symfony2

I need someone to implement Multiple File Upload into my app - I've used OpenupUploader Bundle - DropzoneJS. File uploading is working - but in database only first selected file is persisted - i have relation one to many between submission and document tables - when you select 6 files, six times submit save route is hit - and submission table lost variables. Once this done, i want you to help me to create edit submission feature - when you click edit i want to be able to edit submission, and documents related to this submission - now i can only edit submission, but i don't have idea how to edit files related.
And help with creating custom namer - now when you upload file, previous file is overwritten if they have the same name.
I'm using Doctrine2, Symfony 2.8, OneupUploaderBundle (DropzoneJS).
