Write an iPhone/iPad application

Thank you for considering this project! This is a joint venture between my cousin and me! She is a very small entrepreneur that has turned her hobby into business. Actually, she has a Portal ([login to view URL]) for Belly Dance lovers in Brazil and we intend to extend users experience from her website to people's pocket (mobile and iPad). For this project we want only 2 things to be on the mobile version. That is, Guidebook where people who have a school, stores or other kind of business regarding Belly Dance can publish their establishment by paying a monthly fee (3 to 6 month contract). Also, one can set up Events and freely publish it on her portal (website). We want both of this to be available on mobile. Besides these 2, we intend to create a simple user section where one can buy such service and contact us for further question, complains etc. We pretend to develop preferably in iPhone, but if the price set is within our budget we intend to expand for iPad. The app should be really simple - it has about 7 main interfaces, all wich are being designed by a designer that we hired (under development). So, the one who accepts this project will only have to concern about programming. This app is simple because it has only common functionalities, like Facebook, Calendar and a website (portal) communication/ integration (for updates and login/ password). Other functionalities, like, maps/ geo location we intend to just redirect to the iPhone web browser as a way to simplify the programming efforts. As for payment for the advertisement, we think (if possible) to do so as well (redirect to web browser). See attachment for the app's workflow.
