We are looking for a developer who can fix our issue.

We are using a bluetooth keyboard on our iPad. When you are using a bluetooth keyboard, the built in touch screen keyboard is disabled.

We need somebody to develop a way for us to use both keyboards at the same time, or create a new on screen keyboard that can be used over the top of any application at any time.

Please explain how you will do this.
