Developing an eLearning-App for iPad

I'm looking for a qualified developer who can transfer a simple eLearning application from Windows to iPad. The application is for pupils who want to test there knowledge about different subjects. You can find the working windows application as an attachment. The iPad-App should look and work like the exisiting windows app. The content (the different exercises) are deliverd as simple comma seperated textfiles. You can find an example and screenshots as attachments. I'm looking for a developer for a longer-term cooperation. Actually, the windows application contains six different types of exercises. In the first step, you should develop an app containing only the first type of exercise. Please bid for developing the basic structure of the app and the first exercise. Please make also an offer to complete the app with the other five exercises. If you are interested in this project, please send me a link to a former application you've developed in the past. I will engage only experienced app developers to do the job. You have to confirm that you will transfer the source code and all rights to the software to me, and that you are allowed to do so.
