I'm looking to hire a Virtual Assistant for the next 12 months to manage customer support, sales support, data entry and affiliate support for my. You'll need to be available to reply to emails all day, however you'll probably only receive around 15-20 tickets per day so the workload is extremely low. Please take this into account in your bidding. Your duties include: - Responding to sales and customer support emails per day (very low workload) - Checking users have paid (this includes manually logging into my affiliate accounts to see they signed up to a merchant via my site) - Report any technological issues is something goes wrong with the site - Perform additional tasks as they arise Criteria: - . - You will need to be available to respond to emails around the clock (please let me know what hours you are available and your rates). - Familiarity with membership software (WishListmember) would be preferred - Experience working affiliate management software would be preferred - You will need positive reviews and experience - You will need to sign an NDA as the work contains sensitive information The role is for 12 months however I would like to try you out for 1 month to make sure everything is OK.

I can be the best candidate for this project only because for I precisely know that my knowledge with this kind of job is more than enough for me to take the job.
