Marketer to become Business Partners

I have a Teespring store and i need someone to do the marketing and bring sales to the [login to view URL] thing is that now I am low in budget and can not pay in advance to invest in ands, so the marketing needs to be in own cost , but in the end of every month we discuss our work and split the profit by 50-50.(If the profit is very good I will also pay you the expenses of the ads).If someone agrees to these terms , we can start working together immediately.
