• boiler breakdowns - if your boiler fails we will diagnosis the issue as quickly as possible. We will endeavour to repair your boiler and get it working on the day or if necessary order you a part and have it fitted as soon as it's available from our suppliers. Depending on the appliance this normally will happen the next day if ordered before noon.
•boiler serving - We realise that your priority above all is that you and your family are safe. Gas boilers should be serviced every 12 months to ensure that they are indeed operating safely. As well ensuring that your gas appliance we will check all your controls and vent and heat test all your radiators. We also recommend that you have other gas appliances at your property checked for safe operation in particular gas fires.

This happens when a gas appliance has been incorrectly fitted, badly repaired or poorly maintained. It can also occur if flues, chimneys or vents become blocked. Fitting these alarms can be carried out when we complete a boiler service or gas certificate, so no additional labour is incurred.
