The client is about to enter its 27th year of business and boasts a client base of globally recognised brands, delivering award winning live events, film & video, digital and design projects on their behalf. The successful candidate will report to the Head of New Business and will be responsible for helping to deliver new business strategy. You will have 3 years+ experience of achieving and exceeding targets, good business acumen, a nose for identifying new business opportunities and the passion to convert them into clients. Key responsibilities include: *Working alongside our Director of Sales to drive client generation through our established target sectors *Constantly looking to unearth briefs from new prospects that meet pre-defined criteria *Wowing prospects through the delivery of impactful credentials meetings to introduce the proposition *Developing relationships with existing clients to make the most of the untapped potential to cross-sell our services and delivering agreed targeted growth percentage from these accounts *Providing Head of New Business with regular progress reports – helping to identify any changes necessary to ensure targets are achieved *Providing our pitch teams with detailed and comprehensive background information on each prospect/brief to help secure new business wins *Assisting Head of New Business with the maintenance and management of an effective range of marketing and presentation collateral (credentials, presentations, showreels etc). *Identifying any gaps in rthe marketing collateral *Fully understanding and be able to articulate and live ‘Challenging the Ordinary’ *Assisting Head of New Business with the creation and implementation of tactical new b This is a really exciting role for a driven, talented individual with fantastic earning potential for successful conversions and achieving targets.
