I need a YouTube Channel Developer Coach

I have a YouTube channel that I have not really set up and I want to really ramp this up. At this time I have had over 1,500,000 views of my 30+ videos on YouTube and I have over 2,500 subscribers. I have not posted a new video in several months and most of my videos are currently monetized and only making between $100- $200/month. I have about 20 additional videos I need to make and post but I want to have my channel better developed to make it a better experience for viewers that can help increase my subscribers and ultimately the advertising revenue. This project is for a coach to help me develop this improved channel. The deliverables are: First of all an improved design; a review of the key words to make sure I have the right words for best search results; guidance as to the best new videos to add and create and the way that I need to edit and compose the videos. I have all the equipment to do full video production/editing - I want to make sure that I take every advantage of this new batch of videos to really make sure people enjoy them. My videos are about scientific / DIY / engineering / educational points of view and not comedy or spoofy type videos. The project will be awarded to the one who can demonstrate that they have already developed several channels with tens of thousands of subscribers and has also worked with several sites that have developed good revenue streams from these channels. I can't say how much time it will take but I expect it to progress through several phases and take several weeks. I will pay in milestones and I would be open to what we can identify as the 2 or 3 milestones. I do not "prepay" so don't try to bid and then surprise me with demanding a prepay. If so, I will award the project to someone else.
