Use Google Adwords to split test 3 magazine titles

We want to test for the optimal title and tagline for an online magazine. We have three versions to be tested. The three ads are attached. Set up and run the tests and report the results. Describe to me beforehand a) cost of running the ads, b) length of time they will have to run, and c) what you will need in addition to the information on the attachment. Describe your experience in split testing and how to get the best results.
