Rank First Page - Top 5 Results in Google for 4 Months

I DO NOT WANT TO BUY LINKS, DO NOT BID IF YOU WANT TO SELL LINKS (sorry for shouting) Website is (see attached [login to view URL] for address) I am looking for a full-service SEO solution which will improve search engine rankings on Google for two competitive key words: Hard Money Lenders (My site used to rank #1 for this term!) Commercial Lenders OBJECTIVE To rank in the top 5 organic search engine results on Google for the above key terms, for 4 continuous months. REQUIRED - All SEO must be done using techniques that will not incur a penalty from Google. This is VERY important. - I can handle onsite SEO according to your instructions (within reason). You will need to handle all offsite SEO. - Freelancer must have excellent English communication skills PAYMENT STAGES 1. Up to 10% of bid can be paid before rankings have been achieved for project expenses. 2. A further 25% (divided equally over the two keywords) will be released when rankings have been achieved. 3. A further 10% will be released per month 4. The remainder will be released the final month (25%) If rankings leave the top 5 rankings for more than one week's time that month will be considered a stall, A stalled month will not count toward the 4 months needed per keyword to finish the project, and will not result in payment. A month = 30 days. Fractional months do not count toward the total required. Since there are two keywords, each keyword represents 50% of the bid amount. It is possible that one keyword could be complete (stage 4) while the other is still in stage 1. In this example, the stage 4 keyword would have earned 50% of the bid amount whereas the stage 1 keyword would have earned only 10% for 60% total. Project is complete when either: 1. Both of the keywords are met and have reached stage 4 above :) 2. Both freelancer and I can agree to end the project.
