Need an SEO Assistant

Need an SEO assistant who can work for me whenever I need for backlinking and other SEO related task.
The person should be willing to work in Canadian timings.
Typically, I will need 3-4 hours a day, but some days I may not need you. Initially, it will be ad hoc for sure. If I like the work, it may become more regular and stable.
People with good experience in SEO are preferred. I will try the new freelancers too if they have experience in SEO.
You must be willing to give a daily work report if I ask you to work on that day.
Must be willing to use Time Doctor or Freelancer's Time Tracking application for tracking time.
Should be a little flexible and willing to help me by putting in long hours when I need some urgent work to be done.
Should respect deadlines and be responsible.
I dont want an "SEO guru" or a so-called "expert" who is out to conquer the world. I just need somebody who is sincere with good SEO knowledge and willing to work long term for a decent pay.
