Need 200 quality blog comments from high PR 3+ page. - repost

Our requirements:

- Links must be from page PR 3+ where you will put the link, not from the domain.

- IMPORTANT - You must provide us a list of the domains for approval prior to linking

- We will provide anchor text and destination URL for all the backlinks once sites are confirmed

- All links must be PERMANENT and sites indexed in Google guaranteed

- Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, DoFollow.

- Sites should use a dofollow reference

- Backlinks 100% white hat techniques only

- Links will be 100% visible and should not require login/password

- The linking page must have no more than 30 outbound links.

- All links must be static and standard href type links.

- Domains must be UNIQUE and from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. Repeat domains will not be accepted.

- Link pages must be indexed and cached by Google within last 30 days.

- Backlinks must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices

Please note, the following will NOT be accepted:

- NO COPIED CONTENT FROM OTHER WEBSITES.

- No black hat tactics allowed.

- No links from rel="nofollow"; or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text.

- No link farms, no link-exchange programs, no banned sites by Google, no illegal/scam/spam sites.

- No article directories, forums, web rings, or link directories.

- No blog comment spamming, no ping, no links within newsgroups.

- No link from: torrent sites, file sharing, articles.

Report must be sent to us, including the all URLs of Home pages, dates when posted, dates when you submitted the links, page rank of the link url, where the links were posted, date approved.

We will check the links before approving the payment.

Posting Method:

You will strictly put the anchor text. No plain URL.

You will just put the anchor text. No need to write old-fashioned messages like nice post, thank you for the post etc.

Maximum 20 posts per day. Keywords and URLs will be advised. Keywords and URLs may change and hence, you must be flexible for changes during the project.

We will provide you the format that you will fill up strictly every day. You will send me excel files every day or keep in the Gmail drive for common accessing. You will create a new gmail account only for this project and share credentials with me.

We reserve the right to accept, reject or request for replacement of links. You must agree to replace with the new links if your links are rejected.

Budget : $40/- Payment will be released after 7 days to confirm that all posts are live.

Timeline: 10 days.

Freelancers who can work on weekends will be preferred.
