Online Marketing - Find websites and email addresses for online clothing shops 1000 a month.

We are wholesale apparel company looking to find new potential customers online. We would like an MS Excel list of all the online clothing shopS you can find in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Requirements
• The sites must not be manufactures or wholesalers but actual online retail clothes shops.
• Must have a checked valid email address – (wrong email address will not be paid for)
• No sites under construction
• The sites must be located in the countries detailed above.
• No ebay sellers or other online auction sites
You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet before payment is made.
• Include a click-able url link of the website
• Valid email address
• country of origin.
All data will be checked and will only be paid for if all the above requirements are met.
We would like the details of 1000 websites to start with and then once we have tested the quality we would like to increase the amount and make this a monthly service.
We are looking to build a long term relationship
