integrate ebay affiliate API with Magento Shop

I need ebay affiliate API to be integrated with Magento API, so that I can take items from niche shops through ebay Partner Network and display on Magento shop, administrating them in categories I create in Magento backend.
All ebay items would need to be re-scanned every hour or so, as ebay offers change very often.
