I have 70,000 emails and I need to verify and keep just the valid ones. I need it done today and also I will consider your help for sending out one email to the whole list.

Please give me a price for just cleanup and a separate price for both cleanup and sending to everyone in the list. Also tell me how you are going to do the sending and cleanup and how will you prove to me emails are valid and received in INBOX not in SPAM.

My budget is tight, but I'm willing to get this done as soon as possible.
