I am part of a team that produce a monthly local magazine [login to view URL] each month we include a list of local clubs and societies. These lists are currently just managed in a word file which is not ideal as each magazine has its own document but a club or society maybe in more than one list so updating can be very time consuming. I would like to use Airtable to store all the information to then generate the list of clubs to be printed each month either directly into InDesign or into word or PDF to then be copied into InDesign. The lists would need to be sorted alphabetically under the headings Charities, Churches, Hobbies etc. Ideally we would also be able to add extra clubs in if space allows. There are PDF's of the magazines on the website [login to view URL] where you can see how we require the lists to be formatted at the end of the process. My thought at the moment is we would need two fields from each record to populate into word one with the highlighted title and then the second with the rest of the blurb for each club. Is this even possible?
