Develop a Mac Application

Hi

I'm looking to create a very simple iOS app which will draw content from an existing web-based online store.

I'm after an iOS developer who can help me create this app and then submit (and support it through the review process) to the Apple Online Store using our developer account. Would be preferably to work with someone who also has android development skills as we also need to create an Android version of the same app in phase 2 of this project.

The app should load a splash screen (artwork will be provided) - fade from black to display JPEG image then fade again to black after 2 seconds. The splash screen also needs to contain a text based link.

The app should then load a full page web viewer which will draw its content from our online site (url to be provided) - this content will need to be drawn from our servers rather than packaged as part of the application. The web viewer component will need to support SSL connection to our server and present the content in portrait and landscape orientations across iPad and IPhone devices.

We need to complete this development quickly so am keen to work with a developer has the skill / availability to turn around this simple project in a couple of days.
