Battery iphone/ipod touch app wifi

Hello, I want a app for the iphone/ipod touch, that when using wi-fi the battery charges without having the need of cable or anything else, the only thing is that the user can activate it on the app and disactivate it on the app so the iphone/ipod touch knows when not charge the battery. I will pay $150 max for this job, also if you the winner if do the job right, I am sure will have more projects for him/her with bigger budget. thank you
