Need a custom app made (quickly!) for iPhone and iPad. I need someone who is very experienced and passionate in coding for iOS to create a fun, feature rich, intelligently designed mobile app. Brief App Description: Camera app with photo effects and filter functionality that provides high quality photos, editing options and posting options.
