Need mobile web page Code cleaned up and Fixed

I have a project where i need the mobile code cleaned up. I have done some of the work - but need someone to take a look at it, because there are a few scripts i inserted which are not working, even through they should be.
I will provide you with the new file, so you can see what it should look like, and with the old file. So you can see the old code.
What will you need to do? -
- Get the scripts that I inserted to function (Alert pop up when the page opens)
- Remove any code and associated files that are not necessary (Most of the files and code are not necessary)
- Keep the RESPONSIVENESS FUNCTIONAL!! - the page should be 100% responsive after you are finished.
