make now a custom form and integrate it into paypal

You need so many things here. only on programming part you need this form with jquery and then it has to have users login and signup too. Also seperate admin panel to check the form contents of products and order and paypal integration of IPN or something with your paypal access key and client id etc. SO 30$ i cant do but 155 i can do this all for you. I dont do design so i will create all forms and admin panel in tables and some css etc. Message me please.
