Looking for a web development company to help with javascript/angularjs

Hi - I am looking for a web development company to help me prototype a new project I am building. I am figuring out the actual UX of the project, and part of that is to create rapid iteration working prototype that I can use in my own day to day life, and then iterate every two weeks. This prototyping project will help me decide if this idea is worth pursuing. Once I have something that I am able to use every day, then I will use it as a baseline for the actual customer facing version that I can design. Since this is a prototype project, I am not too much concerned about the actual look and feel or making it production ready (but I also don't want to do a throw away code in case we decide to productionalize it later). The plan will be to have a fixed amount per iteration with a 7-day deliverable window (or earlier), and then we discuss the features we can include for that budget and time. Then I will use the product for seven days and come up with features to do for the next iteration. Amount per iteration will be $75. The project will be a responsive web-based project with javascript/angularjs. I am unable to give details about the project here because I want to sign an NDA with you before we discuss the project specifications.
