A Ticket is an incident that tracks a particular sort of issue for a given industry. It will have fields related to the issue and access controlled fields for different users to update based on the current state of the incident and the user.( all the fields that are encompassed with in a ticket and the different states of the ticket and control access will be shared). 2. An option to upload using csv to create a ticket and also to manually create a ticket needs to be provided for an user. 3. controlled access to update the status of ticket.
