Advanced Wordpress + Web Programmer Expert - Full Time Work From Home

Are you an EXPERT in all these following areas: • Building full websites from scratch using Thrive Architect Visual page builder for Wordpress • Wordpress Custom Code Development & Configuration • Knowledge of how to do custom web programming tasks like Passing Variables from Lead Capture Page (designed using Thrive Architect Wordpress Page Builder), to thank you page so we can use these variables passed to this page. • Wordpress/Website Loading speed optimization using GTMetrix, Pingdom + Pagespeed Insights; • Creating Mobile Responsive Landing Pages. • Complex PHP Related development work. • Complex HTML, CSS, Javascript work. • Membership site Setup and Connection with Payment Processors • Email Autoresponder Setup • Using Zapier to Integrate with Other Tools • Photoshop/photo Editing • Video Editing If you can deliver HIGH quality work and you are an expert in the above areas then please apply now. We are looking to hire an expert in the above areas of work, on a Full Time basis working 45-50hrs per week initially. This means 9-10 hours Per day. You will be required to Deliver Daily Results to our company that reflects 10 hours worth of Hard Work! Before you finish Each Day, it is Mandatory you record a 5minute video explaining; • What you worked on for the day; • What results you achieved and the task you completed; • A walkthrough of what you completed showing us the workings and the flow; • What tasks are pending and how many additional hours you need; We will give you a wide variety of Technical and non-technical tasks/projects to do and you must be willing and eager to complete whatever job we give you. Tasks could be complex and Very challenging in nature, or may even be non-technical in nature. This is a Self Driven, Autonomous Role. Not a hand holding role! You will need to quickly understand our desired solution that we will clearly explain by video, and complete all the necessary steps to Develop, Test and Deliver the solution efficiently. Salary Your Salary will be between 20,000 Rupees - 30,000 Rupees per month (Negotiable depending on experience and expertise in all the above). We will require you to work exclusively for us, and work 45-50hrs of work per week. Ideally, we would like to hire someone that will work for our company for 5+ years (just as our previous contractor has from India). Payment will be made at the end of each month.
