Customize our BPM Online CRM Database

Our company uses BPM Online's CRM to manage our data. We need some customization that can only be done by experienced developers, so please only give offer if you KNOW how to program the system.
Specifically, we need the following changes:
1. We need to change the green bar in the LEAD records to show other options (like Closed Won). Also, when a certain LEAD is marked as Closed Won, the LEAD is marked with a certain label and accessible only to users of another functional role (will detail later), but not to the user who was working with them.
2. We want the possibility to UNQUALIFY Leads (the system doesn't allow it)
3. We want pop-up alerts for activities our users create every time they get in the system.
4. We want the system to forbid making 2 activities at the same time and date in the calendar.
5. We would like some customization for invoices so that they include a scroll bar with the different types of invoice we usually received (this is a major simplification and it's up for negotiation).
