Build a Website

I need a really simple project. I just need 2 pages. 1 page is login page and the second page is a home page. The design doens't have to be good. It need to be simple as possible. The important part here is the programming. The login page need to contain just a button to login with facebook. And the homepage should contain a page where you can see posts and upload one. The system is very similar to secret but it is not anonymous. I will only consider pricing that contain the word "cook"
