Build a EPUB3 from a iBooks Author book

Hello, Freelancer!
I have an ebook built on iBook Author. It is already finished, have videos, some interactions of the default software library, and about 195 pages/slides.
Now I need it in EPUB3 in order to make it work in other plataforms. Actually, we can discuss the advantages/disadvantages of building it in epub3 instead in a plain HTML project. But I need a good solution to be done and finished it in up to 20 days from today.

We have only those types of interactions, no more than those. And all page have at least one of those elements.
