From my past experience, one thing I can say that Office Workflow Management application may contain various features depends on the scenario and use case. I think the below features need to be there: These are the required items: - There needs an option to Create a Custom Form by adding fields, sections and tables to capture data for workflows. To do this we need to Use dynamic tables to capture tabular data - Need to Produce an UI where user will be able to design the Mind Map as a Process flow and will use predefined process steps like “Approve” and “Provide Input”. - Need to define a tree view where Admin or Stake holders can monitor and track which process is stuck with whom and for how long. - Obviously nee an advanced Reporting syrem where user can configure ad-hoc reports to match their needs and export as CSV data for advance analysis.
