I want to perform my services in any way online at your company, I have experience to reserve the seats for passengers using Worldspan or Galileo GDS.

A complete method to reserve the seats is written as below.

(1)Receiving a call or Inquiry E-mail from the customer:-

This is the initial step of the [url removed, login to view] either send an E-mail for inquiry about the flight or call on our land line number.

(2)Dealing with the customer:-

Then we have to give the customer proper information about the flight using GDS (Worldspan, Galileo, Sabre).

The information includes following aspects.

a- Cost of the ticket

b- Name of the Airline

c- Travelling Dates

d- Travelling time

e- Baggage allowance etc

(3)Reserving the seat:-

If it sounds great for the customer and customer is agreed then we have to reserve the seat by the name of the customer.

(4)Sending Itinerary and complete flight details to the customer:-

After reserving the seat a complete flight confirmation letter and invoice is sent to the customer on his E-mail address.

(5) Payment from the customer:-

Customer can pay in different ways; either full amount at once or in installments.

Initial deposit for reservation can be payed in following forms.

a- From debit Card

b- From Credit Card (3% extra charges on the total amount)

c- Into bank account (Cash or online transfer)

d- at office (Cash payment or Cheque).

Remaining balance can be payed in following forms.

Preference

a- Into Bank account (Cash or online transfer)

b- at office (Cash payment or Cheque)

Note: Whole amount can be payed through debit or credit card but it should be done after complete satisfaction of this thing that customer will not apply for charge back.

(6) Issuing the ticket and sending to the customer:-

After receiving the whole payment from the customer we have to issue the ticket and send to the customer on his E-mail address (It's kind of E-ticket customer just need to print it out and go to the airport).He can also get its print from the office and this print can also be sent to the customer on his residential address.
