Ruby on Rails Talent Needed

Hello, I need a full stack RoR developer. You will be tested and only after determining your skill set you will be granted to start on projects. You will need to prove yourself because you are going to be tested by a senior programmer. If you are not good enough we will know very quickly. So, make sure you do not waste our time neither your time. Only if you 're full stack (knowledge of api integrations, NVC and standard design procedures with bootstrap & Jquery are considered "easy" on our end). If you are good and you also work quickly then look no further, but contact me to get started today. I need people that know, not people that will learn while they work with me. I have no time to teach you or guide you much. You need to be able to get something done effectively (correctly) and efficiently (on time). Must be capable to work on bitbucket, must understand english (there is no time to explain the same thing more than 2 times). Must be completed within 10 days maximum 15 days. If it is not completed, I will cancel this project. Everything is on bitbucket. Keep in mind: - No milestone payment unless project is completed. - We do not do hourly projects. - No delays because we know it does take us here 10 days to do, but since we give you 15 days. So we are trying to be generous. - Must be capable to understand and know basic concepts. Somethings are obvious and do not have to be stated. If we need to state the obvious things then we are sorry but we can't work with you. - This is a long term position. So, whoever will be capable to handle our requests on this project will expect at least 10 projects within the next 6 months. Everything has been said above, now if some of you contact me and start telling me they need hourly instead of fixed or something that is said in this description... then that means to me that they did not read well. This is very important, because if you can't read then that means i have to waste more time. I will just ignore your proposal if this is the case and I might stop talking back.
