HTML code for eBay auction background

Hello! I'm needing a template for use in my eBay auctions. I'm an artist and will soon be using eBay to list my work. There is a sample listed here [login to view URL] by Auctiva. However, I must pay them a monthly fee to use their template. Here is a listing of one of my competitors using the same template but slightly modified [login to view URL] I could always copy the HTML code, but it wouldn't be mine. I want my own template, not one that I stole the code from. Can you make something similar? It needs to be editable so that I can add sample photos like the one of my competitor and change them from time to time. Also, something that is killer, that really makes my auctions stand out. I prefer black and silver, but I'm open to any ideas you have. It must be simple but artistic too. Something that stands out but doesn't draw all the attention away from my artwork too. It has to compliment my art, which looks sort of like the sample of my competitor I provided above, but my work is definitely better and I need a background that matches it!!
