Build a "Car Loan/Financing Calculator & Request form" plugin for SUBRION CMS

Car Loan Calculator & Request Form Module This is the car loan calculator module. It goes in the "car description page" where the user can calculate his loan. Also the calculator should work as an "Car loan request form" when in a click of a "Request loan" button, some extra fields for user info should reveal, where the user can generate a "car loan request" with the data he just calculated in the Car loan calculator. - Car loan calculator fields: A- Bank/Finance entity select box B- Vehicle price ($) C- Interest rate (%) D- Period (month) E- Down Payment ($) F- Amount to be loaned (B - E) G- Monthly payment (Result) - Loan request form extra fields: A- Name & Last name B- User ID (Cédula/Passport) C- Phone D- Email F- Monthly Income G- Additional Comment (Textarea) Loan Request panel Panel where the admin can edit, view, print, export (CSV or XLS) and/or remove loan request received. Financial Entities panel Panel where the admin can create, edit or remove the financial entities to choose from in the calculator. Each entity can be assign to all or specific dealers so that when a vehicle from an specific dealer is viewed it would display only the financial entities that were assign to that particular dealer.
