We lown a 3500 square foot home in Soulard. We have a furnace and one air conditioning system that control the 1st level and the basement. They are controlled by their own thermostat. We have a second, larger furnace and air conditioner that control the second and third floors. Recently, it's thermostat stopped controlling either of the units, no AC no Heat. Since the face of the thermostat was still digitally displaying the temperature and settings we had a contractor friend look at it. He determined that there is no electricity running to or from the Thermostat. We need someone to come over and tell us why and fix the issue.
