I would like to develop an application to work on the majority of mobile phones with Symbian Operating System, Windows Pocket PC 2002 & 2003 and Smart Phones etc..
The ideal candidate must have experience in developing mobile phone applications and familiar with their interfaces.
The system requires the user to install the software developed into the mobile phone, and the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) and SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card numbers are stored in the database of a remote server. Whenever a new SIM card is inserted into the registered mobile phone, the software prompts for a login and password. Three wrong entries will lock the phone automatically, and each failed login sends a SMS (Short Message Service) message to the remote server. The remote server will receive information like the IMEI and SIM card numbers (of the new user) in the SMS message.
