Website Developer

U.S. based company is looking for a talented, flexible and artistic web developer to maintain and create websites in various styles for our U.S. marketing company. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with knowledge of basic HTML and advanced Wordpress skills. Starting pay is $5/hour but if we are happy after the first full month we are willing to give a raise. We will also start with 20 hours per week but if we are happy with the work we will raise it to more hours if the person we hire would like. A good command of English (fluency and writing) is necessary to be able to understand the directions from our marketing team and to work with our weekly type revisions. We need someone that can design logos as well as other graphics. We'd also like the developer to have a backup power generator in case the power runs out and you are on a deadline. This has been a problem with other hires we've made in both India and the Philippines. This is a part-time, freelance position and we'd like the person to work during the hours of 9AM to 1PM EST. (New York Time), Monday - Friday. Here is a summary of ABSOLUTE requirements.
