In need of an experienced web designer to do an incredible job for my business. Please do not apply if you can’t handle:

Our website: [login to view URL] is in need of a RE-DESIGN.
The site needs to be different than the typical insurance website. We want to be proud of it and we want to wow those visiting the site. SEO is NOT key. The key is when someone visits our site, they understand what we are all about.
Here’s what the structure will be:
1) redesign [login to view URL]
make it:
2) responsive & interactive (hold mouse over and get the content you need w/out clicking and trying to find)
3) 2015-ish - techy
4) appealing - artistic / bring out the history of KazSource
5) DIFFERENT from all the boring insurance related sites
6) slimmed down - probably need 6 pages or maybe just 1 page w/ interactive feel - for example:
-Home Page,
-About/Team Page
-Agent Portal (this links out to key systems & websites our clients need)
-Consumer Portal (links & tools that customers may need)
-Blog
-Contact Page
Of those pages, I think all could be on the home page except blog & content. So it will be a 6 page site or a 3 page site (if 3, the home page will be very interactive)
Here is a very interactive site (love this) - like a 1 page site in a way: [login to view URL]
We don't need this site per se but something that goes in that direction.
I would like what they have at bottom w/ all those companies- a place where we list all the carriers we work with. Like a box for insurance carriers.
And then something like this: look below the women in the banner: [login to view URL]: see the logos of those co's, that is where we could put our clients logo's w/ link backs to their sites. so now we show who we work with
Other stipulations:
1) Must have a profile of work
2) Must be able to help us find a website theme that addresses the needs above
3) Must have resources of where we can gather great images for the site
4) Being able to write content would be a big plus
